In order to accelerate the site improvement and management of non-polluting site, this plan uses the Yongkang groundwater pollution site as a demonstration case to handle improved supervision and inspection operations. During the execution of the plan, this plan completed the preliminary review of the district improvement design and improvement progress report, to evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness, and provide a reference for the review meeting of EPA. Regularly supervise and review the meeting and cooperate with the improvement plan on-site construction progress, and send personnel to perform on-site inspection and supervise the conformity of the improvement progress. After the site improvement is stopped, this plan proposes a detailed work plan for the verification of pollution improvement at the Yongkang site, and completes the addition of standard monitoring wells in the districts, as well as site verification sampling. According to the site verification and analysis results, and propose verification results report and acceptance operation suggestions. Based on the accumulated experience and related results of the site improvement implementation process, completed the development of the environmental protection agency implementation guide, and completed the establishment of the domestic pollution site improvement supervision work model, which will serve as the implementation reference for the environmental protection agency’s future site supervision and management and verification.
